Coucou tout le monde !! Qué calor là dehors !! Alors pour vous rafraîchir, quoi de mieux qu'un sorbet au mojito ? Une recette simple et rapide au Thermomix pour un minimum d'effort et un maximum de plaisir !

Sorbet mojito {Thermomix}
Les ingrédients
- 650g d'eau
- 350g de sucre
- 200g de jus de citron vert (6 pièces)
- 40g de rhum
- 1 grosse poignée de menthe (3-4 tiges)
- 1 blanc d’œuf
Les instructions
La veille :
Mettez 400g d'eau et les 350g de sucre dans la cuve du Thermomix.
Programmez 5 min / 100°C / vitesse 3.
Ajoutez 250g d'eau, 40g de rhum, le jus de citron vert et la menthe.
Programmez 3 sec / vitesse 3.
Ajoutez le blanc d’œuf.
Programmez 3 sec / vitesse 4.
Versez dans des bacs à glaçons.
Réservez au congélateur pendant une nuit !
Le jour J :
Mettez les glaçons dans le thermomix.
Programmez 30 sec / vitesse 9.
Insérez la spatule et mélangez 30 sec / vitesse 4.
J'ai adoré cette recette ! Franchement c'est très rafraîchissant ! Je sais déjà que je vais en refaire parce que "l'été sera chaud, l'été sera chaud"!
