Gâteau canadien (pécan-érable)
Pour bien démarrer le weekend, je vous propose aujourd'hui une recette cocooning de gâteau canadien au sirop d'érable et aux noix de Pécan.
L'envie de tester cette recette m'est venue lors d'un repas au Buffalo Grill il y a quelques semaines. J'y ai mangé une part de gâteau aux noix de Pécan à tomber ! J'ai un peu sillonné le net à la recherche d'une recette et j'ai trouvé cette recette sur Hervé cuisine. Sachant que ses recettes sont de qualité, j'ai opté pour celle-ci. Le gâteau est délicieux et très moelleux. Certes, ce n'est pas le gâteau le plus léger du monde, mais il faut ce qu'il faut pour obtenir un gâteau moelleux et délicieux ;)

Gâteau canadien aux noix de Pécan et au sirop d'érable
Ingrédients :
- 200 g de beurre pommade- 125 g de miel
- 250 g de sirop d'érable
- 4 oeufs
- 340 g de farine
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique
- 1 pincée de sel
- 250 ml de lait
- 125 g de noix de Pécan
Préchauffez le four à 180°C (th.6).
Faites torréfier 7 minutes les noix de Pécan, hachez-les grossièrement avec un couteau.
Dans un saladier, mettez le beurre pommade, le miel et le sirop d'érable. Mélangez le tout.
Ajoutez les jaunes d'oeufs et mélangez à nouveau.
Mélangez la farine, le sel et la levure.
Ajoutez en trois fois au mélange précédent, en alternant avec le lait.
Incorporez les noix hachées.
Montez les blancs en neige et incorporez-les délicatement à la préparation.
Versez dans un moule beurré et fariné ou en silicone.
Enfournez 30 à 40 minutes.
