Gâteau de santé (Gsundheitsküeche)
Bonjour tout le monde !
J'espère que vous avez la forme et si ce n'est pas le cas, la recette du jour vous la donnera puisque son nom est le gâteau de santé. Ne me demandez pas pour quelles raisons, j'ai trouvé la recette dans un livre de pâtisseries alsaciennes que ma belle-mère m'a prêté.
J'ai aimé la simplicité de la recette et rien qu'en voyant son nom, on déculpabilise d'en avoir mangé une belle tranche pour le goûter... Vous n'êtes pas d'accord ?
La recette ne nécessite que des ingrédients de base, on peut donc en préparer à la dernière minute sur un coup de tête. C'est un peu ce qui m'est arrivé, j'avais envie de faire un gâteau mais aucune envie d'aller faire des courses alors quelle chance de tomber sur cette recette très simple à base d'ingrédients que l'on a toujours chez soi (beurre, oeufs, lait, farine et sucre).

Gâteau de santé (Gsundheitsküeche)
Ingrédients :
- 125 g de beurre mou
- 125 g de sucre
- 4 oeufs
- 125 ml de lait
- 250 g de farine
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique
Travaillez le beurre en pommade avec une spatule en bois.
Ajoutez le sucre et les jaunes d'oeuf et fouettez à l'aide d'un batteur électrique jusqu'à l'obtention d'un mélange crémeux.
Mélangez la farine avec la levure chimique et le sucre vanillé.
Ajoutez le lait et le mélange farine-levure-sucre vanillé en alternant tout en fouettant.
Montez les blancs en neige et incorporez-les délicatement en trois fois au mélange.
Versez dans un moule à cake beurré et fariné et enfournez à 180°C (th.6) environ 40-50 minutes.
Vérifiez la cuisson avec la pointe d'un couteau.
Démoulez et laissez refroidir sur une grille.
Le nom est imprononçable mais je ne doute pas que ça fasse un bon goûter !
